Can I get a refund for my Subscription?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our subscriptions or shop items, but we do replace anything missing or damaged.

If you are not happy with an item received in your subscription package, we do recommend swapping or selling the item on Destasio--our browser based platform and easy to use phone app make stashing, swapping, and selling yarn easy and fun.

contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help!
